BA IN LIBERAL ARTS
2005 - 2009
For my senior thesis, I analyzed the existential crisis of Ms. magazine, a feminist women’s magazine devised as a counterpart to the glossy magazines on newsstands’ shelves. I researched the issue of finances: How can a feminist magazine rely on advertising revenue at a time when the entire advertising industry was deeply sexist? In the end, my 75-page thesis wedded art design, psychology, and 1970s American history.
I directed and starred in “Hedwig and the Angry Inch,” among numerous other productions.
I studied abroad in France and gained fluency in the language.
2002 - 2018
Maintaining a friendly and outgoing personality while interfacing with a diversity of people and dispositions
Working efficiently in a high-paced environment
Managing reservations, seating flow, and resolving customer issues
Multitasking effectively under pressure
